Dr. Stacy Chang serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Education Services for the Centralia Elementary School District in Orange County, where her responsibilities encompass overseeing Curriculum & Innovation, Special Education, Student Services, Expanded Learning and Preschool programs.
Her multifaceted career trajectory includes roles as a classroom teacher, state trainer, school principal, and Director of Parent and Student Engagement/Student Services, enabling her to influence educational practices from preschool through to graduate studies across a variety of cultural and socioeconomic settings. Over her 25 years as an educational leader, she has spearheaded numerous workshops and conferences aimed at educators, parents, and community stakeholders in suburban, urban, and inner-city locales.
Dr. Chang earned her undergraduate degree in Educational Studies from Vanderbilt University, M.A.Ed. from Biola University, and Doctor of Education from University of Southern California. She holds a National Board Certification in Teaching, has been recognized as Teacher of the Year, and was awarded the ACSA Region 17 Student Services Administrator of the Year.
