About me

Mary Helen Ybarra has served on the board for the Corona Norco School District for the past 11 years. She was the 2023 California School Board Association, Board Member of the Year. She also serves as the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Board for the California Association of Bilingual Educators (CABE). Mary Helen actively promotes positive academic outcomes for all students in her district.
